Mother in car accident seeks Samaritans who helped
A Daventry mother-of-two who suffered whiplash injury in a car accident this weekend has thanked some mystery 'good Samaritans' who came to her aid.
The collision occurred when another car pulled out of a side street, and trapped the 28-year-old in her car with both of her children.
Fortunately, people came to her aid from the homes nearby.
"I was driving up the road and the car pulled out of Primrose Hill. It hit my car, crumpled the front and spun it across the road.
"A man ran over and helped me get out and pulled the children out because we couldn't get the door open.
"He also stopped me from trying to start the car up again because there was petrol everywhere.
"A young lady who was visiting the flats on Primrose Hill also heard the bang and came over. She was great looking after the kids and gave her jacket to them."
However, the two 'white knights' left the scene before the accident victim could thank them properly, and hopes that the local paper would provide a way of locating them.
*A replacement vehicle can usually be supplied within 4-6 working hours, where there is an admission of liability from the other person’s insurance company. If this person is not known, their insurance details are not known, they are uninsured or there is a potential dispute over who caused the accident, a replacement vehicle cannot be provided.
