Five charged over no win, no fee conspiracy

Five people from Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, have been charged with offences related to the making of fraudulent no win, no fee road traffic accident claims in 2004.

It is alleged that the five road traffic accident claim quintet, who all live at the same address in Old Trafford, attempted to defraud an insurance company over faked injuries they claimed they had sustained in two separate coach crashes.

Their road traffic accident claim crime has resulted in them being charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to commit perjury.

The five are scheduled to appear before Old Trafford Magistrate's Court on Thursday, March 12.
