A motorcycle accident which left a husband and wife with serious injuries has resulted in the payout of £500,000 in personal injury compensation. The couple achieved this outcome with the assistance of a firm of no win, no fee solicitors.
The injured woman explains the circumstances of the road accident which led to them engaging the services of a no win, no fee solicitor, saying, "We were riding down the B5151 Mount road in Birkenhead, Wirral when a car pulled out of a hotel car park. As the other car hadn't picked up speed and we were driving at 30 miles an hour, [my husband] decided to overtake, but as he pulled back in front of the car we hit an unlit skip."
