Possible Scottish motorway accident claim for passenger
A collision, which occurred at junction 10 of the M90 in Scotland, may not result in motorway accident claims being made since only one car was involved.
A 20-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger were trapped in their vehicle after the vehicle overturned on the slip road.
Tayside Fire and Rescue Service cut the young men from the car and the casualties were taken to Ninewells Hospital on the outskirts of Dundee for urgent medical attention.
A spokesperson for Tayside Police stated, "The 20-year-old male car driver was treated for serious injuries and the 18-year-old male passenger is described as being in a critical condition."
Tayside Police is asking any witnesses to the crash to come forward with any information which may aid it in its investigations.
There is a possibility that, should enquiries find the driver liable for the incident, his passenger may decide to take legal action for pain, suffering and loss of earnings by making a motorway accident claim through a no win no fee solicitor.
