Car accident at dawn puts girl in hospital, hurts three others
A car accident in Leeds this weekend has left four people with personal injury, although the driver is thought to have escaped unharmed.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, the car crash occurred as a car driven by a young adult struck a parked car, and span out of control, striking several more vehicles in the road and ending up on its roof.
Four people suffered personal injury, of whom one person had only minor damage and one had injuries severe enough to need cutting free by the fire service. The injured woman's personal injury has hospitalised her, but she is said to be in a stable condition.
The driver is thought to be unhurt.
The fire services stated that the young people were on their way to a 24-hour supermarket to buy beer when the road traffic accident occurred. Police say that the driver was arrested on suspicion of drink driving, but no comment has been made regarding potential court cases or compensation claims as yet.
