Twilight star in car accident

Twilight film star Robert Pattison has avoided a car crash claim being made against him, despite allegations that he collided with someone's car.

The 24-year-old British actor was reversing out of a house driveway in Malibu when he crashed into a Kia parked nearby.

Luckily for Pattison, the owner of the Kia was not concerned by the damage his car suffered in the car accident.

Speaking about the incident, he said, "If I had a Lexus or something, maybe [I would be worried], but I've got an old Kia."

He added that rather than seeking car accident compensation, he will be asking Pattison for free tickets to the next Twilight film.

The star's representative said, "[Pattison} has no knowledge of having bumped or damaged another car."

Local police have received no complaints regarding the incident and no car crash claims have been reported.
