No win, no fee lawyer to make case against Morgan Freeman
The mystery of who Morgan Freeman's mystery woman passenger was when he suffered whiplash in a road traffic accident has been resolved after she stepped forward to make a car crash claim.
As well as making the car crash claim the woman resolved any ambiguity about her relationship caused by media speculation.
She commented, "I am not 'Miss Daisy' as I have been referred to in the press. I was not and never have been his mistress, nor was I the cause of his marital breakup."
The no win, no fee lawyer representing the woman's case is helping her claim for multiple injuries including memory loss, broken left wrist and right scapula and lost earnings caused by the effect her injuries have had on her capacity to work as an executive assistant.
Without specifying an amount, the woman's lawyer has said that he hopes the car crash claim will secure more than $75,000 (US).
