Three people were hurt in a car accident in Cardiff after the vehicle overturned at a set of traffic lights.
An elderly driver had to be cut free from the crashed car after the traffic collision and two people in a stationary car which was hit received minor injuries.
The car crash happened just before 7pm at the junction of Caerphilly Road and Ty Wern Road in Birchgrove.
The woman was driving a Citroen Picasso and a 20-year-old male who suffered whiplash in the accident, was driving a Vauxhall Corsa.
None of the car crash victims was thought to have been seriously injured in the collision.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
They are appealing for witnesses to the car accident to come forward.
