Paralysed man makes car crash claim

Car accident compensation is being sought by a 24-year-old man left paralysed after a car accident in April 2008.

The young man was a passenger in a car when the driver failed to stop at a junction and collided with a car on the other side of the road.

The former sports-lover's passenger injuries were so severe that he has been confined to a wheelchair and is no longer able to work.

The car crash victim also suffers other health problems related to the crash which require him to take daily painkillers.

He is suing the driver for his dangerous driving and hopes to claim £300,000 to pay for long term care he now requires.

A verdict on the case has yet to be determined or a car accident compensation amount decided.
