Compensation has been awarded to a 62-year-old woman who suffered brain damage in a holiday-related car accident.
The car accident claim was settled at London's High Court after a judge heard how the 62-year-old had been a passenger in her daughter's car when it was involved in a collision with another vehicle while passing over a bridge in Dubai in March of 2002.
No win, no fee solicitors representing the woman had sought to find a tour operator liable for the compensation claim, as they owned the vehicle in which the claimant suffered her injuries.
*A replacement vehicle can usually be supplied within 4-6 working hours, where there is an admission of liability from the other person’s insurance company. If this person is not known, their insurance details are not known, they are uninsured or there is a potential dispute over who caused the accident, a replacement vehicle cannot be provided.
