Five young people were involved in the crash which took place at Basan Hill near Milborne St Andrew on July 14.
Witnesses to the accident said that the passengers were incredibly lucky to have escaped the crash uninjured after the car rolled several times before coming to a rest in a field nearby.
Police said the driver of the green Toyota had lost control on a bend and went through a hedgerow. The occupants were all thought to be in their late teens or early 20s. None of them was seriously injured.
Investigating Officer PC Sean Ford said, "I can't believe they weren't more seriously injured considering what happened."
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the car before the accident to come forward.
It has not been reported if any car accident claims have been made at this stage.
