Car crash on Boxing Day causes whiplash in both cars
A Boxing Day car crash near Bedford last week saw two vehicles collide with enough force to cause personal injury, including whiplash, to occupants of both cars.
Following the road traffic accident, which occurred at 8.35pm, a man and a woman had to be cut from their Laguna by emergency crews before being taken to hospital. The female passenger suffered whiplash, and the male driver was said to be unharmed.
In the other car, a Renault Megane, an elderly female driver suffered fractures to her wrists and collarbone, according to reports. Her male passenger also suffered whiplash in the car accident.
Police closed the road until after midnight to investigate the car crash. No comment was made about either party considering a compensation claim.
