REPLACEMENT VEHICLE QUESTIONS
Do you deliver and collect the replacement vehicle?
The delivery and collection of your replacement vehicle
is included in our service. We will arrange a convenient time and location for the delivery and collection of your
replacement vehicle. There are no hidden costs for this.
What vehicles are available to me?
Please click here
to view our replacement vehicle fleet.
How quickly will I get a replacement vehicle?
Once we have accepted your claim, and provided we have the name and insurance details of the person responsible for the
accident and there is no dispute over liability, a replacement vehicle
can usually be made available to you within 6 working hours of your initial contact with us.
VEHICLE REPAIR QUESTIONS
Who repairs my vehicle?
We will instruct an independent, insurance company approved engineer to inspect your vehicle within 72 hours of receiving
your claim.

information on getting your vehicle repaired.
What if I want to use my own chosen repairer?
You are free to use a repairer of your choice but this does mean that we can't guarantee the repair work. You will also
need to obtain an estimate which will need to be approved before any work can commence.
What is a write-off?
If a car is deemed a write-off (or a ‘total-loss’) it means that due to the age and extent of the damage, it
is beyond economical repair. A vehicle that has been deemed a write-off is known as salvage. See what is a write off? for more information…
Will I have to pay to the policy excess on my vehicle insurance?
If you are comprehensively insured and don’t want to claim on your policy and pay your insurance excess, you
don't have to. Our service is available to everyone who has had a non-fault car accident or motorcycle accident and it
is totally free to you.
Of course, should you decide you want your own insurance company to take care of the repairs to your
vehicle, we can still provide a replacement vehicle, whilst yours is being repaired and can help you claim back your
policy excess and any other costs or out-of-pocket expenses, from the person at fault’s insurance company.
What about my ‘no claims discount'?
If you make a road accident claim on your car insurance
policy this will usually affect your premium and any ‘no claims discount' you may have. Please call us for advice
on how we can help you protect your ‘no claims history'.
PERSONAL INJURY COMPENSATION CLAIM QUESTIONS
Do I have a valid claim for personal injury compensation?
If you, or a member of your family, have sustained a personal
injury within the last three years from a car accident
that was not your fault, you are probably entitled to compensation.
Call us now for free and independent advice on 0808 143 43 42 or complete your
details opposite and we'll call you back.
How much will it cost me to claim compensation?
We work under our ethical no win, no fee policy. This
means you are protected from all costs should you lose your car accident claim, but we will also protect you from all costs if you win. We will not ask for any money up
front to fund your case and we guarantee that no deductions will be taken from your final compensation.
For more information on our ethical no win,
no fee policy please visit our 'No win, no fee' page.
What can I claim accident compensation for?
There are two main areas of compensation that can be claimed for:
- General Damages
These are damages for the pain and suffering caused by the accident. Please see our typical compensation awards
page for a guide to general damages amounts.
- Special damages
Past losses - These may include loss of earnings, mileage costs, cost of medical
treatment and medicines, personal effects damaged in the accident, and the excess on a motor insurance policy.
Future losses - This considers anticipated loss and expense that you will incur in the
future because of your injuries - including loss of future earnings and cost of on-going medical care in more
serious personal injury cases.
Will I need to go to Court?
It is unlikely that your car accident claim will
go to Court, as recent changes in the law encourage both parities involved in the road traffic accident to reach agreement on
liability and damages if at all possible, without pursuing the claim through the Court.
Should I see a doctor?
You can make a personal injury compensation claim
regardless of whether you have been to see your doctor or medical expert. However, it will greatly assist your claim
if there is a written record of your injury with your doctor or specialist who has given you treatment.
Who will deal with my accident compensation claim?
Your accident compensation claim will be dealt with by one
of our personal injury solicitors. Our personal injury solicitors will provide you with the best possible
representation to ensure you receive your full entitlement to
accident compensation.
