You will need to provide us with the date, time and place of the motorcycle crash and a description of how the accident happened. We will instruct an independent, insurance company approved engineer to inspect your motorcycle, within 72 hours of receiving your claim. They will assess the damage to your vehicle and produce a written report outlining the estimated cost of repairs.

We will liaise with the insurance company of the person who was responsible for the motorcycle crash and once we have received the engineer’s report we will give you the go ahead for you to book your vehicle to be repaired at an insurance company approved garage.

Free replacement motorcycle*
We will arrange a hire motorcycle for you to use whilst your vehicle is being repaired. This will be an equivalent model to your own. The hire motorcycle will be fully insured and will be paid for by the insurance company of the person who caused the motorcycle crash. If your vehicle is undrivable or unroadworthy following the motorcycle crash, we can usually get a replacement motorcycle to you to the same day you contact us.

The repair bill will be sent directly to the insurance company of the person who caused the motorcycle crash. There will be nothing for you to pay.

If your motorcycle is a write-off
If your vehicle is written-off in a motorcycle crash we can instruct an independent, insurance company approved engineer to inspect and assess the value of your vehicle and produce an independent report. We will liaise with the insurance companies of the people involved in the accident and forward the engineer’s report to the person a fault’s insurance company, requesting they provide you a cheque for the pre-accident value of your motorcycle.
